  • How is the inverter fan controlled?

Our inverter adopts an intelligent air-cooling system that adjusts the fan speed based on temperature. At present, it operates in three power levels (three fan-speed stages).

  • Can our European-standard single-phase 5 kW inverters be paralleled to form a three-phase 380 V output? Can three 5 kW units become 15 kW?

Our European-standard single-phase models support up to six units in parallel. Using three identical units in parallel can form a three-phase 380 V output, and the total power is the sum of each unit’s rated power (for example, three × 5 kW = 15 kW).

  • In Southeast Asia the grid voltage is unstable. If customers there use the European-standard model, can they regulate it through a voltage stabilizer? The single-phase grid is L + N, with fluctuations between 110 V and 300 V.

Our inverter’s grid-input voltage range is (90 Vac – 280 Vac) ± 2%. To ensure stable operation in that environment, a voltage-regulating module or an external stabilizer can be added to keep the input within range.

  • If the user does not connect a battery or the grid, and only wants to convert solar energy directly to AC power for the load, what are the inverter’s start-up and operating voltages?

Currently, our off-grid inverter cannot start without a battery. The start-up voltage is 125 V, and the operating voltage depends on the actual load conditions.
